- All participants must be 5+ years of age, as of July 31st, 2022.
- Cost - $125 per athlete. (Any Spring athlete that returns for Fall 2023 will receive $25 off their Fall registration)
- Practice will begin on or around May 15th, and end prior to July 4th. (Game days/times TBD and as always...subject to change)
Required paperwork, in order to participate:
1) Copy of birth certificate
2) 2023 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form - Click Here
3) 2023 Physical Fitness and Medical History Form - Click Here
4) A physical performed and signed/dated in 2023 or page 2 of Physical Fitness and Medical History Form filled out by your physician.
5) Copy of Report Card that includes first three quarters of 2022/2023 school year.

6) Recent 2"x2" photo of the athlete
