The participant’s age on July 31st of 2020 shall be the participant’s age for the coming Spring season. 

***Baldwinsville Pop Warner reserves the right to place participants where needed to best suit the organization*** 

2021 Spring Flag & Cheer In Person Registration Dates

(All registrations are at the Lysander Town Park) 

April 11, 2021
11am - 1 pm

2021 Spring Flag & Cheer Registration Fees - $100

***Any Spring Flag or Cheer participant returning to play in the fall will be given $25 off of Fall Registration***

CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD accepted

 2021 Registration Checklist

Participants must provide the following items at time of registration:

*One copy of child's certified birth certificate

*One current wallet size photo of child (Head Shot)

*Two copies of child's most recent report card

*A physical examination form dated AFTER JAN. 1st,2021

*Signed Pop Warner Player Contract
