2018 Registration

Once on the page, you will click on REGISTER and create an account. From there, just follow the promts.
The participant’s age on July 31st of the current year shall be the participant’s age for the coming season. A participant shall be assigned to the lowest age and/or weight division for which they qualify.
**Weight limit does not apply to cheer**
***Baldwinsville Pop Warner reserves the right to place participants where needed to best suit the organization***

2018 Registration Fees
Flag Football (Ages 5-7) - $75
*Plus $50 refundable fundraising deposit*
Tackle Football and Cheer (Ages 6-15) - $100
*Plus $50 refundable fundraising deposit*
*$50 refundable fundraising deposit. All participants are required to participate in all fundraising activities. Once the minimum individual fundraising goals are reached, the $50 deposit will be refunded by a check from the organization.*

2018 Registration Checklist
Participants must provide the following items at time of registration:
*One copy of child's certified birth certificate
*One current wallet size photo of child
*One copy of child's report card (ALL 4 QUARTERS) front and back
*A physical examination form dated AFTER JAN. 1st, 2018
****If ALL necessary paperwork is not turned in by August 1st
